• Used Jasmine rice
• Pressure cooked for 4 minutes. Came out well.
  • Takes ~5 minutes for pot to come up to pressure (with 1 cup of rice)
• Ate with Kahiki General Tso’s Tempura Chicken

Instructions:

• Rinse 2 cups of rice
• Dump rice into Instant Pot, along with 2 cups water and 1 tsp salt
• Add 2 tbsp sliced butter (don’t worry if it floats)
• Pressure cook the rice on high
• Let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes
• Quick release any remaining pressure, uncover, fluff with a fork, and serve
