Toffee blondies

• I used Heath toffee bits (~3/4 cup inside, best judgement for the top)
• 2.5 cups is probably too much sugar. These were too sweet.
• When creaming butter and sugar, either take butter out of fridge 1 hr in advance, or shred it
• this batter didn’t fill my whole pan
