Short Ribs

Followed this recipe almost exactly.
- Used ~1.75 pounds (which was only 3 pieces!) instead of 2.5 lb, but as the recipe advised, I kept all other amounts the same and just increased the cooking time to 48 minutes.
- Replaced the 1 tbsp fish sauce with 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Used 1 medium-large onion instead of 2 small
- Didn’t feel like I needed to add any salt at the end
- Only used 1 tbsp of brown sugar
- Didn’t make the mashed potatoes in the instant pot
