Peanut butter cheesecake

Used this recipe just for the filling (no ganache, store-bought crust)
- Baked at 325 (not 350)
- Can bake in tin that store-bought crust came in (but I put the the tin on a pre-heated roasting pan: recommended for for a well-browned bottom crust and for added stability when moving pie out of the oven)
