Base / muffin recipe

• Mostly fill up the tin with batter
• Cook for the full 15 mins

Frosting recipe

• 1/2 this recipe should be enough to frost at least 1x the muffin one, probably 1.5-2x
• Go a little lighter on the peanut butter than the recipe calls for
• Use a very large bowl and mix in the sink to keep from making a mess
• Hold the hand mixer completely vertical rather than at an angle

Assembly

• Inspired by this recipe
• The pecan is worth it (break them in half at the wide part)
• For my piping tips, I just need to put the bag over the metal piece and cut a little down from the opening. No plastic holder to keep it in place needed.
