Red wine chocolate truffles

I bought dark chocolate chunks instead of chips, maybe not a great idea. They didn’t melt completely in the boiled wine, so truffles had little bits in it. Jack actually preferred it.
Rolling it into balls is a pain. Kept melting in my hand.
- Maybe I could use a scoop or one of my semi-spherical measuring spoons next time?
Easiest to dust with cocoa powder if I just put ball in powder box and lightly toss the box
