Chocolate Butterscotch Tartlets

To make miniature tartlet shells from full phyllo sheets:

• Lay one sheet on big cutting board
• Apply melted better with a brush to the whole sheet, quickly. I used oil spray, I don’t think that’s as good as butter would have been. Either way, I don’t think I used enough.
• Repeat above for 4 sheets
• Use pizza cutter to cut into 12 pieces (4 on long side, 3 on short side)
• Gently stuff into mini-muffin tin to make shell
• Bake at 375 for 10 mins
