Chicken tacos

Turns out Jack and I both don’t like cumin. Maybe could replace that next time with some salt and/or lemon?
The works:
Edit (4/26/20): I combined inspiration from the previous recipe and this one, and the chicken was much better:
- 1 chicken breast (~.625 lbs / 1/2 a container), sliced
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp mustard (I used Dijon), lemon juice, olive oil, & sriracha
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, dried oregano, & salt
- Dash of black pepper
- Set aside some marinade for sauce
- Let chicken marinate for 30+ mins, ideally overnight
- To cook: Heat ~1 tbsp canola oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Working in batches, add chicken to the skillet in a single layer and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
