Burgers (and fries)

For making the burger patties: link
- Basically just 1 egg, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper, 1 tsp dijon mustard, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 lb ground beef, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 80% lean / 20% fat ground beef
- Meant to add garlic powder, try including next time
- Ppl say handle the meat as little as you can
- Crumble the meat into bowl
- Mix gently, loosely
- When making patties, just push down with fist on flat surface, don’t worry about making the edges perfect.
- 1 lb serves 4 (Edit: honestly, more like 6), so I froze 2
- Wrap in plastic, put in freezer on flat surface for 1-2 hrs, then wrap in foil

- Also has some good tips on shaping the patties
- Added salt and pepper on top of patties directly too
- Cooked on medium-high heat for ~3.5 mins each side
- Toasting the buns took longer than I thought it would, maybe like 7 minutes. Start this before putting in the fries (which, btw, air fryer for ~16 mins)
Edit: I added mushrooms using this recipe and they were fantastic!
