Banana bread

• I’ve been excluding the baking powder and it’s fine
• I can put full recipe in my cake pan, I don’t think it’ll overflow
• cooling on wire rack asap helps give it a good crisp all around
• consider pulling the butter out 1 hr+ in advance, might help w/ the creaming
  • to cream: shred the butter, then push sugar into butter with a wooden spoon (not the same thing as stirring)
• can add chocolate chips

Edit, 4/1/23: I recently made this recipe of peanut butter banana bars with chocolate chips and it ended up coming out like just a better version of chocolate chip banana bread. I’ll probably use it instead.
